“The location could not be better! Easy walk into town to all restaurants and bus station at the bottom of hill!
Very nice condo with the nicest bathrooms. We loved the large walk in showers and tub.
Kitchen is well appointed.
Very comfortable beds and bedding.
The unit is ski in. There is a bridge that takes you over to the slopes. But you have to walk up one flight of stairs to find it.
As others have said we also enjoyed the hot tub and pool right outside the window.

“This house is perfection, it looks exactly as pictured. The location is amazing, less than 3min walk to the RFTA bus stop which is critical in Aspen. All amenities were in working condition, and the photo opportunities from the master balcony are beautiful. The girls loved that. Would definitely stay here again. A hot tub is the only missing link from making this house the best available property in Aspen. Price was also very reasonable.”
“Great location and size house for multi family multi generation group. There is a crib and high chair in the unit. The only downside is parking there is only really 2 spots and no street parking. The lower level family area and bunk room provided great space to play pool and socialize while babies were asleep in the upstairs area. Kitchen area great for cooking big meals”
“This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Aspen! It was super spacious, which made it ideal for me and my friends to spread out and feel comfortable. We had such a great time hanging out here—it felt like a home away from home.
The location couldn’t have been better—only a five-minute drive to everything! Whether we wanted to grab a bite to eat, hit the slopes, or explore the town, it was all so close and convenient. The host thought of everything to make the stay seamless and enjoyable.

“Beautiful home and very spacious. We were three couples and stayed three nights. We enjoyed cooking breakfasts in the kitchen. Very close to town and some fantastic restaurants and shops. Beautiful trail right behind the house, beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Highly recommended. Thr host is extremely responsive and friendly.”
“Loved our stay at this beautiful Aspen home. 5 minutes (drive) from everything in Aspen—restaurants, gondola, Heron Park, Rio Grande trails. Open living/kitchen layout up was great. Easy to prepare dinner while the kids played or enjoy a glass of wine and movie while the kids slept downstairs.
Rear entry garage made access easy. House is very soundproof—we never heard any traffic. Windows and blinds provided lots of light or option for privacy.
Overall a very special place!”
“We had a really great time staying at the property. Whenever we had a question or any issues (all minor) the property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. The property is a great place to stay with a family (we had 6 total) and very close to town. Everything is as advertised. We will definitely be back to stay at this property. Was a great place for my family to celebrate for a week. Such a fun time. Highly recommend.”
“The home is perfectly situated right outside of town with an absolutely amazing stream that flows through all the nearby properties connecting in the woods behind the house. The home is great for a family with total privacy , Incredible spacing and a real fun place to spend with the family. The owners will be responsive. We will come back yearly. “Great rental and even better location. Proximity to the Aspen bus stop was perfect. Plenty of space for us all. It was unusually hot during our time in Aspen so the full exposure window made it difficult to keep the house cool but mornings and evenings were perfect. Responsive host: The wireless went out and within an hr of contacting the host, someone was there to fix it. Our group had plenty of space and all of the furniture was comfortable. We would definitely return here for our annual Aspen trip.”
“This home is perfect for a large gathering or an extended family visiting Aspen. Close to downtown and easy access to the airport. Parking if you rent a car. Plenty of space for groups up to 12. We used the kitchen and the outdoor space. Fireplace outside works great as long as it is not too windy.”
