$14 Million Aspen Residence Brand New Construction

Great place!

This home is perfect for a large gathering or an extended family visiting Aspen. Close to downtown and easy access to the airport. Parking if you rent a car. Plenty of space for groups up to 12. We used the kitchen and the outdoor space. Fireplace outside works great as long as it is not too windy.

Great rental and even better location. Proximity to the Aspen bus stop was perfect. Plenty of space for us all. It was unusually hot during our time in Aspen so the full exposure window made it difficult to keep the house cool but mornings and evenings were perfect. Responsive host: The wireless went out and within an hr of contacting the host, someone was there to fix it. Our group had plenty of space and all of the furniture was comfortable. We would definitely return here for our annual Aspen trip.

Another amazing stay.

Had a blast

Great property. Very clean. We used it for a strategy retreat. 5 minute drive from the airport. 2 minute walk to bus stop. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia !!

This house is perfection, it looks exactly as pictured. The location is amazing, less than 3min walk to the RFTA bus stop which is critical in Aspen. All amenities were in working condition, and the photo opportunities from the master balcony are beautiful. The girls loved that. Would definitely stay here again. A hot tub is the only missing link from making this house the best available property in Aspen. Price was also very reasonable.

Great location and very clean

Great stay! Exactly as it was pictured. Great outdoor area as well. Easy access to the bus stop to downtown and other ski mountains.

We loved staying at this house, very spacious, and very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

The property is well-located and easy to access. One guest picked up an electric bike at Aspen airport and rode to the house in 10-12 mins and dropped the bike at a return rack right across the street from the house. Meanwhile, its a 10 min walk to town, and also a great location to get out of Aspen heading to Highlands, Snowmass or down valley.

The interior is clean and simple with a modern feel. Beds, couches, dining areas are all very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and clean. The big windows / doors on the main floor open up wide to create a pleasant inside/outside feel. The nearby Castle Creek bridge is not noisy or a nuisance.

Kitchen is well-appointed. AC works great. Big, easy to access garage. All-in, a great property.

The bedrooms were not air-conditioned….TVs did not work….Great Location….Good kitchen….Can walk everywhere.

Absolutely gorgeous home! Made our trip perfect!!! And David was absolutely top notch wonderful!!! Will be staying here again and again! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Do not pass up staying at this beautiful home!!!

We had a great stay at this house! We went for a girl’s trip and it was the perfect house. The balcony outside is great for pictures! It was the perfect distance from airport and town. We traded on and off walking to town and/or taking the bus that was steps from the house. Great time, great house, great host. 5 stars!!

Great location and incredible views. The best feature was the sliding doors that opened up to the most stunning views. The upstairs bedrooms were also very nice, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was also a big perk that we could walk into town. We really wanted a rental with a big communal space and it was the perfect space for that.

Good place with nice location!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, the views were incredible, and the space felt peaceful and well-kept. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and beautiful house.

Perfect place for our needs. Well located. Floor plan and layout was well-suited for congregating or spreading out. Great view from the main floor living area and kitchen.

We had a terrific weekend in Aspen. The house was central to the success of the family ski trip. Large, nicely designed and decorated home. It was a great house for the 10 of us with plenty of room to stretch out after a day of skiing. Terrific home!

Great house in a great location. Very convenient to the mountains. Great setup for large groups.

Great experience. Easy check in and out. Really nice modern house. Could use some art on the walls and a little updating, but overall clean, modern, awesome house walkable to town.

Amazing property !
Beautiful and spacious in every way!
Highly recommend !!!

House was truly stunning. Perfect distance to town. We will be back.
